I am excited to announce that we have a new chiropractic table at our clinic. 🎉

It has the ability to stand up to allow patients who are in pain to ride it down so they don’t have to get on & off of the table and possibly aggravate their condition.
I’m looking forward to many years of helping patients with this new table. 👍

Your spine is in a constant tug-of-war. On one side is me, your chiropractor, focused on restoring spinal alignment, reducing nerve pressure, and improving your overall function. On the other side? The daily stresses of life: hours of screen time, slouched sitting, heavy lifting, lack of movement, mental stresses, and poor sleep. These stressors never take a break, and neither should your care.
When you start chiropractic care, I give your spine a “pull” in the right direction. But just like in an actual tug-of-war, one good pull isn’t enough to win. If you’re inconsistent, missing appointments or stop your care too soon, your life stresses gain ground again, pulling your spine back into dysfunction, pain, and ill-health.
Consistency in care builds momentum. Each adjustment supports the one before it, retraining your spine and nervous system to handle stress better. Momentum helps your spine hold improvements longer and resist the negative effects of daily wear and tear.
Think of each visit like one more teammate added to your side of the rope. The more consistent your care, the more likely you are to win the game for better posture, fewer aches, and a healthier, more resilient spine.
So stay consistent. Follow your care plan. Let your chiropractor keep pulling for you, because your spine’s health isn’t a one-time fix. It’s a game of persistence, and with steady effort, you can come out on top.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year… 🎵

At Murray Family Chiropractic in Newmarket Ontario, our patients have membership cards that register their arrival. Then a screen in the waiting room tells them when it’s their turn and which treatment room to go to. Lastly, they can also open their chart in the treatment room to view their X-rays, clinical notes or to review that date of their next appointment.
This streamlines our office flow so patients have a wonderful experience. 👍
