This client underwent MOHS surgery for facial skin cancer.
Due to the location of the cancer and the required skin graft, her natural eyebrow could not be preserved on one side.
When we met, the goal was balance and realism — so she wouldn’t be drawing on an eyebrow every single day, and so both sides of her face could feel harmonious again.
This is a nano brow (hair-stroke tattoo) healed result.
The brow on the right is 100% tattooed — implanted into healed grafted skin and blended seamlessly into her remaining natural brow on the opposite side.

Right photo: completely healed
This is what’s possible when technique, restraint, and skin knowledge come together.
Natural doesn’t mean obvious — it means undetectable.
