Experiencing leaks, pressure, or urgency after childbirth is more common than you think, but it’s not something you should simply accept. These signs are your body’s way of telling you it needs some support.

Here’s how to check in with yourself:
1️⃣ Cough or laugh, did you experience any leaks?
2️⃣ Go for a 10-minute walk. Did you feel any heaviness or pressure afterward?
3️⃣ Can you delay the urge to go to the bathroom for 30-60 seconds without feeling the need to clench?
