Healing isn’t one-dimensional.
It happens in layers.
In yogic wisdom, we’re made up of five koshas—five interconnected layers of being:
✨ Physical body – structure, movement, nourishment
✨ Energy body – breath, vitality, nervous system flow
✨ Mental body – thoughts, beliefs, perception
✨ Wisdom body – intuition, insight, inner guidance
✨ Bliss body – wholeness, peace, connection beyond symptoms
When we focus on only one layer, healing can stall.
When we work with all five, the body begins to remember how to restore balance naturally.
