My garden is an organized chaos, kind of like me. Please excuse the longer grass when you come for your appointments. I just love the forget-me-not and wild violets that take over the lawn every spring. Perfect nourishing food for our hungry bumble bees. If you have lots of wild violets in your yard, consider collecting some to infuse honey to add a perfume to your afternoon tea or home made cookies!

There are times when you visit my office, you will smell a distinct smoky herbal odor. It is not ma*****na that your are smelling, but Moxa or dried Chinese mugwort. Chinese mugwort can be used on its own or with acupuncture needles to relief pain, improve digestion, aid fertility, promote circulation, and so much more.
