You’re not a bad mom.
You’re not even a just okay mom.

You are a GREAT mom.

Even on the days you question everything.
Even when you Google “is this normal?” at 2 a.m.
Even when bedtime feels like a battle and you’re wondering if you’re messing it all up.

The fact that you’re worried about doing it right?
That you’re showing up exhausted but still trying?
That you’re asking questions and searching for answers?

That’s not failure.
That’s love.

Motherhood isn’t about getting it perfect.
It’s about being present, learning as you go, and loving your child fiercely — even when you’re running on empty.

If no one told you today:
You’re doing more right than you think.
Your baby feels your love.
And that makes you a great mom 🤍

• Being tired all the time isn’t something you just have to accept.

• Your baby waking up all night doesn’t automatically mean hunger.

• Choosing to teach your child independent sleep skills doesnt make you a bad parent, infact makes you a better rested parent.

• Rocking, feeding, or holding to sleep every time can become exhausting — and it’s okay to admit that.

• Waiting it out doesn’t always make sleep better.

• Consistency matters more than trying something new every night.

• You don’t have to choose between responding to your baby and teaching them how to sleep.

Wanting sleep doesn’t make you selfish.
It makes you human.

And no — gentle sleep support does not mean “cry it out.”

Waiting for the “right time” to work on sleep is so common — especially with busy seasons like Ramadan coming up.

But here’s the thing…
gentle, supportive sleep changes don’t have to be overwhelming or all-or-nothing.

Imagine going into Ramadan with:
✨ more rest
✨ calmer nights
✨ a baby who knows how to settle independently

You don’t have to push through exhaustion.
You don’t have to wait.

If better sleep is on your heart, let’s talk 🤍

As a pediatric sleep consultant… I used a pacifier for my babies.

And no — that doesn’t make sleep “worse” or ruin independent sleep.

Pacifiers can be a very helpful soothing tool, especially for newborns and young infants. They can help calm babies, extend sleep, and even reduce the risk of SIDS.

✨ The key is how and when they’re used.

For some babies, the pacifier becomes a sleep association — meaning they need help replacing it every time they wake. For others, it’s a non-issue and they learn to manage it on their own.

There is no one “right” answer.

As babies grow, we simply adjust the approach:
• We can teach babies to replace it independently
• We can gently reduce reliance
• Or we can remove it altogether — when you and your baby are ready

Sleep isn’t about perfection. It’s about balance, timing, and meeting your baby where they are 🤍

If you’re stuck in the pacifier replace-all-night phase and wondering what to do next, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Jet lag with a toddler can make you feel like you’ve undone all your hard work 😵‍💫
Early mornings. Late bedtimes. Split nights. Zero chill.

Here’s the truth:

👉 Jet lag isn’t regression
👉 Your toddler isn’t “off”
👉 Their body clock just needs time to reset

Consistency, daylight, and realistic expectations go a long way ✨
Most kids adjust within a few days when routines are gently supported.

Just landed and sleep feels chaotic?

I help families reset schedules without overwhelm or cry-it-out 🐰💗

The holidays are magical…

but they can also seriously shake up your little one’s sleep 😅✨

Here’s the truth: you can enjoy the season and protect your baby’s sleep — it’s all about gentle balance.

A few holiday sleep tips to keep everyone merry (and rested):

🎄 Protect the first nap when you can
It’s the most restorative, so keeping just that one on track can save the whole day.

🎁 Try to keep bedtime within 30 minutes
A slightly later bedtime is okay — we’re making memories, after all — but an overtired baby is never fun.

✨ Use the same bedtime routine
Even if you’re traveling or staying out late, that familiar sequence helps your little one settle.

🍪 Enjoy the moments
Don’t stress over one late night or a skipped nap. Babies are more resilient than we think, and memories matter too.

At the end of the day, it’s not about perfection — it’s about connection.

And if sleep feels chaotic right now, you’re not alone. I’m here to help you find the balance so your family can enjoy this season rested and joyful 💗🐰

FALSE: Your baby’s last feed doesn't need to be the biggest of the day.

In reality, babies don’t need a huge bedtime bottle to sleep well.

What actually helps is balanced daytime feeds, age-appropriate wake windows, and strong sleep skills — not “tanking them up” at night.

A baby who can fall asleep independently will give you longer stretches than one who is overly full before bed.
Trust consistency, not oversized bottles. 💕🍼✨

⏰ Time change is coming — and that means early morning wake-ups might be too! 😅

Canada turns the clocks back 1 hour on November 3rd

When the clocks fall back, your baby’s 7:00 AM wake-up suddenly becomes 6:00 AM (ouch!).

But don’t worry — with a few simple tweaks, you can help your baby adjust smoothly and keep their sleep on track. 💕

👉 Swipe through for 2 easy adjustment methods, plus extra tips to make the transition stress-free.

And remember — it’s totally normal for it to take a few days to reset. You’ve got this, mama. 🌙🐰
