Hi, amazing followers!! I just wanted to let you know that I will be merging my OG page with my Freedom of Movement page. I have been going through a journey and I have realized that there is more to Freedom of Movement, beyond massages. As I move forward I will be incorporating more of a healthier lifestyle within my business.

Wow!! Just found out we are in another magazine:) How exciting!! So far my favorite recipe is peanut butter, banana, and our chocolate protein shake. Mmmmm....taste like peanut butter cup:) What is your favorite shake recipe?

Had a great testimonial today from a new customer. She had torn ligaments in her knee and lots of swelling. She has been on Celebrex for many months which has not helped. Within a couple of days of 6 spores a day the swelling and the pain have gone away. No more meds for her:) Gotta love the Ganoderma!!

Wow!! Had a great testimonial from one of my customers today who suffers migraines. She mentioned she has tried all kinds of different remedies but nothing was really helping. She started drinking the King of Coffee and only having 1 cup a day and she has not had a migraine in 2 months:).

So can you say "YUMMALICIOUS"?? My favorite recipe is a reeses pieces. You just add peanut butter or almond butter, 1/4 banana, a scoop of our chocolate shake and some almond milk. Reg. Price is $85,00 but now only $65.00.
