Chi Nei Tsang roughly translates to ‘internal organ energy massage’. It is a type of therapeutic massage that works on detoxifying the abdomen using gentle yet deep and penetrating touch to release blockages, tension and emotional holding patterns stored in the body. The results vary from an increase in blood flow, improved digestion and detoxification, mental clarity, emotional release and an increase in overall energy/chi to name a few!
