Any appointments booked before January 1st will be honoured at the current rate. This includes January/February/March appointments as long as they are booked prior to January 1st.

Therapist Bio✨

Nicole is a dedicated massage therapist who has practiced in a variety of professional settings, ranging from physiotherapy clinics to medical day spas. Her past experience has allowed her to provide treatment-focused massage using a combination of deep tissue techniques, myo-fascial release, trigger point therapy and assisted stretching modalities. She strongly believes in educating patients on the importance of strengthening excercises as well as stretching to encourage patients to play an active role in their recovery.

She strives to continue her education to offer additional modalities to help achieve the short-term and long-term goals of her patients.
