Tremendous day on the mats

The most important part about jiu jitsu is being able to embrace how hard the actual physical aspect of combat is

It’s also the most rewarding part to know that you got out on those mats and gave it your all

Today our team did that

For first time competitors I am so happy for our girls

Their ability to listen in the heat of battle was most impressive to me
