My habits. When you listened to music for work, massaging and yoga.
I just love that my top played track, is literally a silent track. Nothing. That's from starting all my yoga classes with the sound of breathing.
I love spotify because it allows me to listen to a large variety of music while I work. It's quiet and I can't tune out the music during a massage, aka there's only so much of the birds chirping or river running you can take.
Currently 44+ hours of music on my massage playlist, so unlike a 60 minute CD I don't hear the same stuff repeat (even during a week!).
