I see a lot of strong opinions about sage, palo santo, and similar items.
As a shop owner, I’m intentional about sourcing and do my best to support Indigenous and ethical suppliers. Our support helps support their families.
I also encourage mindful use without claiming or replicating sacred ceremonies.
There’s a difference between appreciation and appropriation, and I believe education and respect matter more than blanket judgment.
