Parents and caregivers are invited to join Play, Eat, Grow, a 3-week interactive series focused on supporting healthy development for children from birth to age five.

Led by our Occupational Therapist and Registered Dietitian/Lactation Educator, each session includes practical tips, hands-on activities, and group discussion to help build confidence in supporting your child’s growth and positive eating habits.
