The weather is finally getting better, and we’re happy to say that our walks are back! ☀️🌿
Spending time outdoors is so important — fresh air, gentle movement, and a change of scenery all help improve mood, support physical health, and keep the mind active. These simple walks bring energy, smiles, and a sense of connection to the day.
And of course… it’s not just about the health benefits 😉 We always make a little stop at a local bakery, where we can treat ourselves to something delicious and enjoy the moment together.
