We’ve made an update to our cancellation policy, effective October 1st. As many of you know, each appointment is time set aside just for you, and a late cancellation or missed visit means lost time for your RMT that could have been booked by another patient. 💚

If you already have an appointment booked, please keep an eye on your email for a quick electronic form to review and sign. If it’s not completed ahead of time, we’ll kindly ask you to sign it in the clinic before your treatment.

Thank you so much for understanding and valuing the time, care, and energy that our RMTs put into every visit. We’re so grateful for this amazing community.

We warmly welcome another new face to our TWB crew 🤍

Kaitlyn Sloss, RMT

Kaitlyn’s passion lies in helping people feel better, recover from discomfort, and address the issues that affect their daily lives. To achieve this her treatments include a variety of techniques, including, traditional Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and fascial work to meet the needs of each client.
Having always been fascinated by how the body works and the ways it adapts to support us every day. This interest first brought Kaitlyn to Niagara College where she completed the Occupational Therapist Assistant/Physiotherapist Assistant (OTA/PTA) program. However she knew she wanted to go back to school, and within a few years found herself at the Ontario College of Health and Technology pursuing the Massage therapy program. Both of these programs combined have given her a strong foundation to care for her clients.

Whether you’re seeking relief from tension, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to improve your overall wellness, her goal is to provide personalized care that supports your health and helps you feel your best.

✨ Kaitlyn is now bookable via contact to book starting next week! She is currently set up to bill *most* insurance companies, but not all. Please be prepared to pay out of pocket when booking!

P.S this officially puts us at TEN registered massage therapists under our little roof, as we approach our 12th year anniversary 🥹 we truly could not do this without all of the love from our community
