Winter Grounding Reiki Series 🤍

Winter can feel heavy — emotionally, energetically, and physically. Many of us are running on low reserves while still showing up for everyone else.

This winter, instead of pushing through, I’m offering a 3-month Reiki series to support grounding, regulation, and steadiness through the colder months.

✨ One Reiki session per month
✨ Reduced rate for consistent care
✨ Limited to 8 people for intentional space

Happy New Year 🎊🎈

Judah and I were discussing New Year Resolutions and we’ve made a pact for ours🤝

We are going to think more positively about ourselves on purpose and we are going to say those positive things out loud📣

I thought about this and thought to myself…I am definitely in need of continuing to refine my thoughts but I don’t talk negatively about myself out loud for Judah to hear. Well, I also don’t praise myself for Judah to hear that much either.

For those reasons, this is a plan in action for us and we pinky swore on it so it’s for sure a MUST!

I’d like to invite you to join Judah and I for 2026🥳

Try on purpose, thinking kinder thoughts about yourself this year and also saying positive things about yourself out loud for others to hear💙🦋

Lying on your mat in a room dimly lit with candles 🕯️ all around you. You hear soft music playing that calms you right down. Your breathing starts to slow and you finally feel truly relaxed for the first time this holiday season.

…there are a few spots left for Rachel’s Candlelight Calm Yoga Class tomorrow eve. Tuesday 6-7:30pm.

We will explore the body slowly and gently and find the best feeling stretch. Let’s practice Super Calming poses that are great for resetting the whole nervous system, coupled with a deep breathing practice that is sure to leave you feeling blissful😮‍💨
