Proper Brushing & Flossing Techniques
Brushing and flossing might seem simple, but technique makes all the difference.

✔️ Hold your brush at a 45° angle toward the gumline
✔️ Don’t forget your tongue
✔️ Floss daily, making a “C” shape around each tooth
