MoreAid Squish pads application on a nervous horse and in severe pain.
This application involved pre molded DIM 20, utilization of polyurethane (Vettec Superfast) at the heels area of the Squish pad to ensure immediate placement orientation adhesion with methyl methacrylate placed on the cuff area prior to placement on the hoof for final curing adhesion and wrapped with shrink wrap (not shown in this video). The toe region of the Squish pad cuff was removed to ensure appropriate placement/orientation upon application based on hoof pathology and assisted radiographically.
