I went on a hack with a couple lovely ladies from the barn yesterday ❤️

Besides having fun I had anxiety 😬

Going out to a place I had never been and my horse Ace was faster than the other two, and I had no idea where I was going!

I was scared how Ace was going to be and if he would spook or if I would fall off and if I did how I would be able to get back on - I was over thinking to the max 😅

Ace took the lead like he had done this a million times and I was able to relax a little …

Then I saw the other ladies reins - almost at the buckle!!! Whilst mine were short keeping tense contact 🤔

I commented on that out loud and decided to LET GO and see what would happen if I gave Ace his head …

Nothing bad happened. He relaxed more. I relaxed more.

Long story to say sometimes we’re in our heads too much and the answer is to just let go 🙏🏼

Last year I would NEVER post something like this but for all the ladies in the same boat I figured I need to

I’m working on building by core muscles after neglecting them for years and it’s a journey! ❤️

This is after my last ab workout - there is zero definition, flab, and lots of work to be done but guess what? That’s OK!!

I’ve lost almost 70lbs and that’s amazing 🤩

All I need to do is keep consistent and keep going and remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither is the ideal body shape!

Remember that ladies 🩷

Also please excuse the farmers tan 😅
