Fascia is the largest sense organ of the body, an interconnected body-wide network surrounding cells and supporting every muscle, organ, bone, nerve, and blood vessel.

This Special Series will be a opening Yoga Practice, with a special focus on exploring deep release of tension, stress and areas that feel stuck within your body through focused fascial tissue work in specific areas. Fascial tissue release helps to bring more energy, blood flow, nutrients, release lactic acid build up, bring hydration to your tissues, release trigger points, improve your movement, mobility, sharpen your kinesthetic awareness bringing freedom and lightness in your body. You can’t have healthy cells without healthy fascial tissue.

Energize & Renew Chest Opener & Pranayama 2pt. SeriesSunday January 18th & 25th 2026 10am to 12pm

This 2 part series teaches chest openers & backbends safely. Most of the time we are closing off our front bodies, hunched over, sitting improperly at work in our cars etc. This causes us to be closed off from the world and creates lethargy, a dull mental state and tightness in the chest and front body. Opening the front body with intelligence and strengthening the back body with regular practice helps to boost the immune system, relieve anxiety & depression, and brings energy to the body-mind leaving you in an elevated mood and energized. This event incorporates specific prana/energy and pranayama (breath work) techniques that are ideal to practice after backbends. Breath work is one most powerful ways to calm and balance the entire nervous system.
