Unconditional & Infinite -flowing freely, without expectations.

Healing -restoring balance, opening the heart, and guiding forgiveness.

Transcendent – it doesn’t end with time or space; it continues beyond what we see.

A Teacher – every connection and challenge helps us grow and expand our consciousness.

Today is my dad's birthday.

This morning I quietly asked him for a sign through music. When I got in the car, the song that played was "Hello, It's Me" by Todd Rundgren.

When he was ill, I would ask him "When you go to heaven, will you come and check in on me?" And he would always say, 'I'll check on my girls from time to time."
So when I heard, "Hello, it's me.."' it didn't feel random.
It felt like a promise kept.
Not loud. Not dramatic.
Just gentle. Familiar. Loving.
In that moment, I felt seen. I felt remembered. I felt loved.

Sometimes our loved ones don't need grand gestures to reach us. Sometimes it's just a whisper through a song... a simple check-in... exactly the way they said they would.

Today, being named a 2026 Canadian Choice Award winner reminds me that courage, determination, and the support of those who believe in you can truly make dreams a reality.

Do you ever notice how anxious you feel when you can’t do what you planned?

I had things I wanted to get done today, and then the snow came and stopped me.
At first I felt restless… and then everything got quiet.

That quiet made me realize how much I actually needed to slow down.

Maybe the pause isn’t a problem. Maybe it’s the gift. ❄️🤍
