From our caring nursing staff to our hard working restorative care department, to our top notch dietary, housekeeping/laundry and recreation staff, Bella aims to promote a sense of "home away from home" and fosters individuality of all residents. Nursing - Bella provides 24 hour nursing care
throughout the building, providing for all levels of care. Compassionate RNs, RPNs, and PSWs deliver individualized care to all residents in a manner that promotes dignity and strives to foster independence. Dietary- Bella strives to provide a wide variety of top quality meals all cooked in-house to accommodate the various tastes of all residents. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided with many choices at each meal. Refreshment and snack carts are available to every resident between meals as well! Restorative Care- Bella is proud to have a wonderful Restorative Care Department to cater to the restorative needs of our residents. Our Wellness Room provides Residents with various exercise machines tailored to meet capabilities and restore functioning. Physiotherapy Services- Our Physiotherapy Team provides individualized and group exercise programs to ensure residents receive the best quality care and best opportunity to utilize their abilities
Environmental Services- Full laundry and housekeeping services are always available. Hard working Housekeeping Staff attend to resident rooms daily. Resident Rooms are deep cleaned every two months to ensure a safe and healthy environment. Common area surfaces, such as hallway railings, are wiped down and sanitized frequently to assure infection control. Resident laundry is collected every 48 hours and done in our onsite laundry facilities. All resident clothing is labelled upon admission to reduce the risk of lost items. Recreation- Activities are available to residents days, evenings, weekends, and on all holidays. Empathetic and energetic Recreation Staff strive to create activity programs to ensure that the spiritual, social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs of all residents are met.
