Every message, every visit, every shared moment of healing, transformation, or growth we’ve created something sacred together. I would not be able to do what I do, or show up in the way I do, without the strength and light each of you bring into my life.

Thank you for believing in me, for trusting me with your journeys, and for walking this path of healing, awakening, and soul remembering by my side. Qigong The Original Spiritual EMDR

Most people know EMDR therapy as a powerful way to process trauma, using bilateral stimulation (like eye movements) to clear stuck emotional pain from the body and mind.

But what many don’t realize is that ancient Qigong thousands of years old operates on the same natural law… just at a deeper, more spiritual level.

Qigong is Spiritual EMDR.

EMDR stimulates the left and right hemispheres of the brain to help reprocess trauma and restore balance.

Qigong moves the life force Qi through the Yin and Yang energy channels, clearing stagnation and rebalancing the whole mind, body spirit system.

Enough with the pretending.

Stand up.

Let the fire in your chest ignite everything around you.
Because you were never meant to simply survive you were born to conquer.

The same s**t rolls through your life again and again?
Good.
Let it come.
Let it try.
Because every time it returns, it finds a new version of you a version it cannot defeat.
You are not who you were yesterday. You are not broken glass on the floor.
You are the goddamn forge.

Every heartbreak, every betrayal, every false friend, every lie whispered behind your back they are your weapons now.
Every thorn that dug into you? You wear it like armor.
Every scar carved into your spirit? You carry it like a sword.

You are not delicate.
You are not tame.
You are not some wilted dream waiting for someone to water you.

You are the storm that breaks the silence.
You are the wildfire that clears the rot.
You are the rose that explodes through the clay, thorns sharpened by every fool who thought you could be picked without consequence.

They will say you are too much.
Too wild.
Too angry.
Too fierce.
Good.
Be too much for a world that settled for so little.

The venom you carry is not a sin. It is a shield forged in the fires you walked through alone.
It is the sacred oath you made to yourself when no one else showed up:
“I will never abandon myself again.”

You are not broken.
You are reborn.
You are not soft and safe and easy.
You are a holy terror to everything that tried to bury you.

You are the one who rose anyway.
Bleeding. Burning. Becoming.
A force of nature dressed in scars and sunlight.

They wanted you small.
They wanted you silent.
They wanted you tame.

You owe them nothing.
You owe yourself everything.

Cry your battle cry to the skies.
Split the heavens if you must.
But know this !!!!
You have already won the war the moment you decided to rise.

The earth is silent, wrapped in white,
A frozen hush, a womb of light.
Barefoot I step, my breath a cloud,
The snow, a whisper soft yet loud.

Metal calls in winter’s chill,
A blade of stillness, sharp and still.
It cuts away what must be shed,
Clears my mind, unweaves the thread.

Water pools beneath my skin,
Cold and deep, it draws me in.
A river runs through bone and vein,
Unyielding strength beneath the pain.

Wood still sleeps, but roots remain,
Holding tight through ice and rain.
A promise curled in frozen earth,
A waiting spark, a seed’s rebirth.

Fire hides, yet in my chest,
A single ember knows its rest.
A pulse of warmth, a fleeting glow,
A sun within the silent snow.

Earth is here—beneath, above,
A mother’s weight, a cradle’s love.
Snow-packed ground, my body kneels,
I breathe, I listen, I let it heal.

The wheel will turn, the cold will break,
But now I stand, the ice, the ache.
Rooted deep, yet open wide,
The elements move, and so do I.
