Hello,
Welcome to my page, here is a little bit about myself and what you can look forward to on this page.
My name is Dr. Sydney McDonald, D.C. and I am an evidence-based chiropractor practicing in the Niagara region. I began my post-secondary education at Conestoga College where I received my Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist Assistant diploma. After Conestoga College I continued my education at Brock University where I graduated with my Bachelor of Science (Honours) Kinesiology. Finally in 2020, I began my education to become a chiropractor at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic college where I graduated in 2024 with a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) and obtained my licence with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. I am also a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and Ontario Chiropractic Association.
I grew up in Sarnia, Ontario where I was very involved in athletics, specifically high level hockey and box lacrosse. I still currently play competitive lacrosse but in my spare time I enjoy walks with my dog, golfing during the summer months and watching football as well as hockey in the fall and winter months.
I have been receiving chiropractic care since a very young age and it has always been a positive experience as well as had a positive impact on my overall health. I strive to provide the same positive experience through personalized chiropractic treatment plans for my patients. I treat all ages to help with your movement goals.
On this page I will be providing tips to keep your spine and other joints of the body safe and general information about conditions I treat, exercises to strengthen/protect your spine and joints as well as mobility exercises to help your body move better.
