After studying four years at Brock University and completing another four at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, I earned my designation as a certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (M.OMSc). It’s now been two years since I graduated and began practicing. My passion for health and wellness began after my professional hockey career was cut short due to injuries. During my recovery, Osteopathy played a key role in my healing—and it opened my eyes to the powerful impact of alignment-based care.

I’ve seen the results firsthand, and now my mission is to help others experience the same. With a focus on restoring balance and function through hands-on treatment, I believe that healing starts with alignment.

Essentially there are two types of vitamins – water-soluble and fat-soluble.
Vitamin C and the group of B vitamins – referred to as ‘B-complex’ are water-soluble vitamins and can be consumed at any time of the day. While a majority of vitamins are water-soluble, which means when consumed with a glass of water they will dissolve and be absorbed by the body very easily, there are a few which need a little support to be effective.

There are four fat-soluble vitamins- A, D, E, and K. For optimal absorption of these vitamins, you need to consume them with a meal. And the meal needs to have some healthy fats like avocado and cheese, or some fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, herring, and sardines.
