MEET TREVOR KWOLEK
Known by many as “The Punisher,” Trevor brings precision, knowledge, and a performance-driven approach to every session. He’s a triple-credentialed physiotherapist with a Master of Physiotherapy (University of Queensland, Australia), a Master of Clinical Science in Sports & Exercise Medicine (Western University), and a Bachelor of Health & Physical Education (University of Toronto). 🎓
Trevor has a strong passion for upper-limb injuries, particularly those involving the shoulder, elbow, and throwing arm. That expertise was shaped during five years at a specialist clinic in rural Australia, where he treated a high volume of complex shoulder and overhead-athlete cases. He returned to Canada to bring that experience home and continue advancing sports physiotherapy care across Niagara. 🇦🇺 🇨🇦
His advanced training includes Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), the Watson Headache Approach, ConnectTherapy & Thoracic Ring Approach, Shift Concussion Management (Levels I & II), and TPI Medical Levels I & II.
Trevor is one of the few Sports Physiotherapists in Niagara to hold a Diploma from Sport Physiotherapy Canada (SPC) and one of only 133 physiotherapists in Canada to earn the Registered International Sports Physical Therapist (RISPT) designation through the IFSPT.
His experience includes working with Skicross NextGen (Alpine Canada), the Welland Jackfish (IBL), Fort Erie Meteors (GOJHL Junior B), and the Niagara College Knights, along with volunteering at provincial, national, and international sporting events 🏒⛷️⚾
Outside the clinic, Trevor is a runner, BBQ enthusiast, unapologetic Leafs fan, and busy dad of four.
