Make the effort to enjoy looking at the food you eat.🌿Make it colourful. Eat the fruit and vegetables you love and eat them the way you like it - cooked or raw. Sit down when you eat and take your time. That’s at least 3 times a day you get to slow things down and respect your body as it is nourished and relaxes for those few moments.😚

If you are not using vaginal estrogen you are missing out! HRT is a game changer. This product is taken alongside your HRT and should be first line treatment in my opinion for soooooo many reasons- for all women as we reach peri-menopause! It’s SAFE and boy is it fabulous. Only positives here.
