Hello clients and friends. With the warmer weather, I will have more availability at my Rustic Cabin location in Port Colborne. I will still offer 1 day in NOTL and 1 day in Fonthill monthly for individuals who prefer that location. I will also be offering NP psychotherapy appointments for clients at this location. As many of you may know, I am completing training with the California Institute of Integral Studies and have been prescribing for evidence-based psychedelic assisted psychotherapy for a number of years. I am offering comprehensive medical assessments with prescribing for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and OCD and specialize in treating clients with treatment resistant depression and anxiety as well as PTSD. I offer trauma-informed care. I have a special interest in navigating grief and loss, stresses related to life transitions, aging and memory.
