1. Safety First

- While it is important to get more revenue coming in, the number one priority HAS to be keeping you, your staff, and your patients safe.

2. Adjust your patient client avatar

- The avatar that you had before lockdown will most likley not remain the same.
- They will have less money, be more afraid, and have new painpoints that you will need to be aware of

3. Capitalize on competition fear.

- Many spas are not going to want to spend money on marketing following the virus, making your competition lower.
- The minute spas open back up completely, you will need to make sure that you have a perfect marketing plan put in place.

The "Brand Awareness" Myth.

In business, I'm sure you've heard countless times that you need to put your brand in front of as many people as possible in order to grow.

Maybe you even believe it to be true and it's the philosophy you go by.

Well, I hate to break it you, but this claim is completely false.

How many people know about your brand is not all that important in scaling your business.

Why?

To understand why this claim is false, let's talk about why people buy in the first place.

A person buys from a business when he thinks that he will receive value in return equal to or greater than the amount he invested.

This "value" is being purchased with the intent to make his life easier, better, less painful, or a combination of the three.

In other words, he doesn't care about how popular the brand is. He simply wants to make his life better.

With an amazing product/service

How do you get customers to invest in you?

With an amazing offer and marketing approach.

An unpopular business with a strong marketing approach and product will eat a very popular business with a weak marketing approach and product for breakfast.
