☀️How do you express your relationship with an animal that has captured your heart 💜 for more than half of your life ?

☀️Today I spent a good portion of my day in refection, caring for this 😇.

☀️Well, some may not have had that experience with him 😂🥹 learning basic horsemanship, but he sure warmed a few hearts that needed some Love.

☀️Did you know that a horse's heart generates a strong electromagnetic field, estimated to be five times larger than a human's, which can influence the human heart rhythm and emotions.

☀️This phenomenon is being studied, with HeartMath Institute research suggesting that interactions with horses, known for their "coherent" heart patterns, can promote well-being in humans by influencing heart rate variability and lowering stress levels.

☀️The larger, lower-frequency electromagnetic waves from a horse's heart are thought to contribute to this connection, leading to feelings of calm and peace in people around them .

Strength 🤍
"Right Now it is like This"

💫The doors are Opening this month to slow down as Pluto the planet of transformation, Saturn 🪐 the planet of discipline, Neptune the planet of dreams 🔮and Mercury the planet of the mind 🧠 will all be retrograde.

💫Saturn and Neptune will hold hands in Feb. 2026 and then move on their separate ways, so this is our opportunity to slow down and Trust in a High Power to show us the signs through symbols, metaphors and our deeper inner knowing (intuition) of what is True for our 🤍 hearts health.

💫Swinging on a hammock may support us in meeting ourselves where we are. We may not know what is in store and that's okay. Pushing , forcing is not the answer.

💫The butterfly works hard to birth itself from the Chrysalis not knowing what is ahead.

💫The beauty is the process, the unfolding, the struggles.

💫Noticing thee satisfaction, the celebration of birthing oddly leaves some of us wanting to learn more. 🪄

💫May this retrograde period give Us the 🤍 strength, to be still enough to create the space required to Begin again and again.

✨ Well I was too until about 10 years ago when I was introduced to Psychotherapist/ Astrologer Debra Silverman one of my teachers.

✨I am often asked how has it helped me?

✨ It seems so out there until it's not.

✨Studying Astrology has opened doors to patterns of behaviour that have been affecting my wellbeing.

🍂 Metaphors ... how often do we stop to notice natures messages?

"Let's be honest," I say to myself daily ... what do you want?

🍂 Metaphorically,
I want to serve like a 🌻 Sunflower!

Have you ever noticed that sunflowers have a similar appearance to the sun and the fact that they're always trying to find the light ?

🍂Now that might sound like toxic positivity however, they like I when I began studying Astrology, started in the dark earth 🌍 as a seed, nurtured by water 💦 , aerated 🌬️ by organisms, and snuggled by the warmth of the sun 🔥 ;likened to our growth in the womb we were a moon beam of hope in our parent's eyes.

🍂Our evolution came through those natural elements. "The Elements " will be one of the first things we discuss in the 6 week class I am offering beginning October 24 th.

🍂Astrology for Self-Compassion.

I hope you will join me for this fascinating journey into exploring the self.

🍂We all begin " in the dark" to evolve and serve like a Sunflower 🌻

It is my hope that as we shift into the season of 🍂 Fall this weekend this message will release limiting beliefs around how Astrology might help us grow.
