✨ Well I was too until about 10 years ago when I was introduced to Psychotherapist/ Astrologer Debra Silverman one of my teachers.

✨I am often asked how has it helped me?

✨ It seems so out there until it's not.

✨ A natal birth chart is your "Souls Curriculum " the promises you made when you were born.

✨Studying Astrology has opened doors to patterns of behaviour that have been affecting my wellbeing.

✨ It has given me a big fat PERMISSION Slip to show up and radically accept "All Parts" of who I am.

✨ It is a language of its own based on 4 elements of Nature. I repeat Nature !

🍂 Metaphors ... how often do we stop to notice natures messages?

"Let's be honest," I say to myself daily ... what do you want?

🍂 Metaphorically,
I want to serve like a 🌻 Sunflower!

Have you ever noticed that sunflowers have a similar appearance to the sun and the fact that they're always trying to find the light ?

🍂Now that might sound like toxic positivity however, they like I when I began studying Astrology, started in the dark earth 🌍 as a seed, nurtured by water 💦 , aerated 🌬️ by organisms, and snuggled by the warmth of the sun 🔥 ;likened to our growth in the womb we were a moon beam of hope in our parent's eyes.

🍂Our evolution came through those natural elements. "The Elements " will be one of the first things we discuss in the 6 week class I am offering beginning October 24 th.

🍂Astrology for Self-Compassion.

I hope you will join me for this fascinating journey into exploring the self.

🍂We all begin " in the dark" to evolve and serve like a Sunflower 🌻

It is my hope that as we shift into the season of 🍂 Fall this weekend this message will release limiting beliefs around how Astrology might help us grow.

🎂 The exploration of our Souls Curriculum brings "All of Us" to the table. The cake is rich and delicious.

🎂 Although, Sometimes the curriculum, the plot of the movie 🎥 goes sideways and we have to begin again.

🎂 Beginning again with experience is OH so valuable. When the recipe isn't quite right we get to tweak, it. You know taste the 🍪 🎂 batter and try Again because we forgot the Sugar. The Gratitude🙄
