Number 1: Learning and Education Opportunities. Here at OT4KIDS, we value the importance of life long learning as a clinician to stay evidenced based within our care. We have monthly Lunch N' Learns, education nights and professional development courses. We also value the importance of learning from each others skills sets. We have an increase clinical lead, Danielle that supports the staff in continuing their education on a daily basis.

Number 6: Ability to consult with Physiotherapy on site
Here at OT4KIDS we have the privilege to share a clinic with HeartSpace Physical Therapy for Children. Having physiotherapists to collaborate with expands our knowledge, creates an interdisciplinary approach and allows us to be more holistic. We are constantly learning and growing as clinicians through the knowledge that Shelley Mannell, PT shares with all of us. We are very thankful to work alongside the incredible clinicians Shelley and Michelle.

Here at OT4KIDS we are loving that it is summer time to enjoy our summer camp fun !! Clinician Sarah is running a skateboard group that focuses on social participation, motor planning, sensory processing , self esteem, gross motor skills and much much more !!
