Join "The Breathing Space", a 5-session anxiety program designed to help you better understand anxiety and build practical skills you can use in your daily life.

🗓 Tuesdays, 4:00–5:30 PM
📅 Starting May 19th
👩‍⚕️ Facilitated by Janelle Wawia, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

In this supportive and structured program, you’ll learn:
• What anxiety is and how it shows up
• Grounding and breathing techniques
• Ways to manage overwhelming thoughts
• Practical tools to build resilience and calm

This is the last week of the NDFHT Walking Program, which means only 2 more times to get your name in the attendance draw for a chance to win a Fitbit!

As April comes to an end, so does Cervical Screen-a-thon 2026. Thank you to everyone who participated this month!

If you didn't make it in, you can book your cervical screening at any time of the year. You are eligible for cervical screening if you are between the ages of 25 and 69 and have *ever* been sexually active.

- Women
- Two-Spirit people
- Transmasculine people
- Non-binary people
