🌟I’ve met souls on this journey that didn’t just cross my path… they awakened something within me.

I’ve always felt it—that pull, that deep inner knowing that there is more to this life. More than what we see. More than what we’re taught. A higher consciousness calling me to remember who I truly am.

In 2021, I walked into Sue’s shop for Reiki… not even knowing what Reiki was. But my soul knew. That moment was a turning point—a doorway into a life I didn’t even know was waiting for me.

Over the past 7 years, I’ve said yes to it all—breathwork, meditations, sound baths, Akashic Reiki, Access Consciousness, past life regression, somatic therapy, integrated energy therapy… each one peeling back layers, each one bringing me closer home to myself.

This journey hasn’t just healed me—it has awakened me.

And I am beyond grateful for every soul, every experience, every moment that guided me back to who I truly am.

This book was born from my deepest pain.

After losing my husband suddenly, I began journaling as a way to survive my grief. Those pages became my healing… and eventually, my awakening. Along the way, I discovered different healing modalities that helped me release, reconnect, and open up to gifts I never knew I had.
