One of my favourites is Evidence based Birth, (research verified methods!) Spinning Babies has a ton of great free resources and some paid. Body Ready Method has some great exercises. And Mamaste Fit has some more in depth resources about pregnancy exercise and their IG is very fun. I also love the Mamaste Fit podcast and youtube channel.

Our little bean is 8 months’ old! It’s wild she’s already so much older!
She started crawling this month and today suddenly she’s motoring around! I’m so proud of our happy little 🫘 bean :)
She is so much 🤩 fun and I’m so grateful she’s doing so well 😌
One day we will sleep again… but she’s learning SOOOOO MUCH!

Happy Halloween everyone!

I’ve brought back some essential oils to add to your massages! Lavender, eucalyptus and orange at Down to Earth and rose water, mint or lemongrass in Niverville. Always optional of course! 😃 I always have a stronger smelling pain cream too for inflammatory spots. (I use melaleuca brand)

Are you in South Winnipeg Or Niverville and looking for a more intuitive, slow and intentional massage approach? Did you know that slower usually means less pain and more depth? I've got you!

I took this photo myself last year in Costa Rica and have been seriously inspired by the strength of sloths ever since. I got a little tattoo spontaneously of a mom and baby sloth and my daughter was born exactly one year later! As my Thai Massage instructor from many years ago, Drew Hume always said "Slow. It. Down."

I've had *many* last minute cancellations due to viruses lately (Thank you for not getting me sick!) so please don't be shy to inquire about last minute massages. I can always have you on a waitlist, or try to fit you in my schedule.
