I’m sorry, but perimenopause shouldn’t be something we’re still “figuring out.”

Brutal periods shouldn’t just be “something girls live with.”

If you’re looking for support, stick around here, my hope is to help support women feom adolescence to post menopause💕

Part one of the crunchy Kylie chronicles since you know there’s a few. A Canadian heritage moment maybe?

Bless your hearts for just encouraging my crunchy psychosis 🥲🥲🥲 Still a tad crazy, but I can assure you, I will never make carrot ice cream again.

We’re almost there!! ☀️☀️☀️
11am-2pm is the strongest, and we need 20-30 min each day. It’s not as strong as summer of course, but we can still maximize what we have!

Also- that means protect your skin!

So many of us are dysregulated.
Racing and rushing everywhere.
Stiff joints.
Stiff muscles.
Diaphragm is stuck.

We’re stuck in freeze or fight or flight.

As a yoga teacher who’s worked with thousands of different bodies- sometimes prescribing a yoga class isn’t the best option. You might not need power flow yoga, or yoga sculpt. You probably just need a good reset instead.

Thinking of how I could help my clients, I decided offering personalized delivered sessions based off their unique needs, their symptoms and the state of their nervous system.

It’s a great little addition, prescribing tailored, meaningful and impactful services.

Let’s talk about postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome and some of the not so talked about symptoms.

This is just education. My role is supportive. If you think you have POTS, please see your medical doctor.

If you’re needing help having those conversations with them, or want supportive care from a functional nutrition perspective, I’m your girl!

6 ways your tongue is telling you about your health

02/13/2026

This is one of the biggest gaps in understanding how our healthcare systems works here in the west.

You feel bad
You see a doctor
Doctor orders lab work
Lab work comes back that you have no markers for disease.
You still feel bad.
You ask for more testing.
All diagnostics come back normal.
You still feel bad.

A lot of the time, this is a functional issue. Meaning your body isn’t running as well as it should because of “insert a million reasons” and not because it’s got a disease.

This is where functional support comes in. Preferably, alongside your continuous advocacy with your medical team.

We need both options, we do. The frustrating part is knowing which one we need. How to navigate it, and which questions to ask. Our healthcare systems aren’t perfect. But the more you know about your own body, the more you can advocate and protect yourself.

I will always advocate for you and support your medical, wellness and health journey 💕💕💕

I walk through six very specific places the body shows functional imbalance, and none of them are random.

Thinning or disappearing outer eyebrows are one of the most classic low-thyroid signs. Thyroid hormone drives hair growth and circulation. When output drops, the brow is one of the first places that stops being supported.

Vertical ridges, peeling, or slow-growing nails are rarely a nail problem. They reflect weak protein and mineral absorption, most often driven by low stomach acid and sluggish digestion. You can eat all the right foods and still not absorb what you need if digestion is off.

Pale lips, pale gums, or washed-out inner eyelids point to low oxygen delivery in the blood. Iron and B12 build red blood cells. When they are low or poorly absorbed, tissues lose their colour.

Cystic acne on the chin and jaw reflects estrogen not clearing properly through the liver and gut, combined with excess androgens that make oil thicker and pores more inflamed.

Dark circles and puffiness under the eyes usually reflect a backed-up detox and lymph system. When the liver and lymph are overloaded, waste, hormones, and fluid pool under the eyes where the skin is thin.

Cold hands and feet are a low metabolic output signal. Thyroid, iron, and adrenal signaling control how much heat your cells produce and how well blood circulates to your extremities.

This is what functional nutrition looks at.

It focuses on how digestion, nutrient absorption, hormone clearance, nervous system load, and cellular energy are operating together inside the body.

If you want help connecting your own symptoms and figuring out what your body needs next, fill out my health intake and work with me to map this out together.💕

Are you struggling with the executive function part of adhd?

I created a quick read, mom approved, teenager approved easy guide based on real helpful strategies I have given my clients that have been recently diagnosed and struggling with lifestyle support. I’ve had nutrition calls that have turned into how to get things done with executive dysfunction, and avoid burnout. Without understanding what it is or how to live with it, the stress compounds and affects many body systems. Which leads to working with me for deeper issues. So hopefully this helps before that 🙏🏻

If you’re needing comprehensive support, I would recommend working one on one with an ADHD coach.

Bring this guide to your next doctor’s appointment, and use alongside your treatment plan from your physician 💕

If it resonates, let me know 🙏🏻

Happy New Year everyone!🥹💕

Lately, Ive been posting a lot of “salesy” content. I hate it but let me tell you why. The real truth behind this is that the last ten years have been rough. Like really, really hard. I listened to a podcast last night that said, people like you don’t get lucky. So you have to work really, really hard. And if anything pierced my soul it was those words lol. You can be delusional and manifest (and I do), but the reality is, it takes real work and real effort to build and have something you can be proud of. Running a business means you’re receiving money in exchange for giving value. And lately I’ve been giving a ton of value and getting little back. (My fault)

And this is the hardest part- I don’t have a support system. As a single parent - I have incredibly limited resources. And yet I have given until I have had nothing left. I was raised to believe that giving and being a good person will always be a good thing. And I still believe that. But man giving decades of your time and your energy with little returned means that something inside of ME has to change.

Moving to Niverville/Winnipeg was the best thing I could have done for my daughters. And the worst thing I could have done for myself. I don’t fit here. I’m not supported here, and well, I really just don’t like it. I miss my family. But I’ve been in enough tough spots to know that these feelings and situations don’t last forever. And my forever-ish home is being dreamt bit by bit every day somewhere that aligns 💕 ✨You’ll see me pop up in a forest somewhere in the next ten years, probably with another salmon rice bowl. 🤪

So yes, while it might rub people the wrong way that I’m actually asking to be compensated for my skills and experience more often, it took me a long time to be able to do that. Plus I’m 40 now, so we’re kind of allowed to just say anything now 🙂‍↔️

Hey! Thanks for reading! I love New Years, and against all new social norms, I will always be a resolutions girl. So here’s to realizing your worth, today and always 🥂✨💕

Do you do NY resolutions?
