Join us Sunday night with a practice to celebrate this occasion.
The practice will include Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.

Full moon is in Virgo, ♍️
We will do a short yoga flow to ground, followed by the moon meditation and then a releasing ceremony under the energy of lady lunar/full moon. Also included: crystal bowls, spirit cards, crystals, and a little reflexology to ground you in the space. Solar plexus efles to relax you.
