Lead in a supportive sensory space candle lit, filled with essence of palo santo or earthly incense vibes, and a beautiful personally create playlist to allow you to sink in.
This class incorporates meditation, breathing, kundalini practices, somatic embodiment (body connection), Qigong techniques, gentle stretching, restorative poses to settle the body, nervous system, mind and soul. A practice that both open the body, muscles and joints, and allows the body to expand to allow more range of motion, fuller breath, while also settling with some stillness.
If you are looking to make some changes in your relationship with the body and your overall wellness, commit to yourself for a ONE HOUR A WEEK session for just 7 weeks, and lean into the changes that can happen.
So much can be learnt about the body and mind in this amazing class, and the health benefits go much beyond “stretching”. Reiki healing and card pulling offered to those wishing to receive.
