Listen to the whispers, so your body doesn’t have
to scream at you. Our body is always sending signs. And our heart is always whispering we are off course of our soul. Sometime we are too busy to notice.
If we allow ourselves to be ‘too busy’ or feel guilt with taking time for self care….your body will ‘make time’ in the form of illness or injury.
This studio favorite led by Miranda Lee will leave you feeling grounded, relaxed and at peace. This class incorporates meditation, breathing, somatic embodiment (body connection), Qigong techniques, gentle stretching, restorative poses to settle the body, nervous system, mind and soul.
A practice that both open the body, muscles and joints, and allows the body to expand to allow more range of motion, fuller breath, while also settling with some stillness.
If you are looking to make some changes in your relationship with the body and your overall wellness, commit to yourself for a one hour session, and lean into the changes that can happen. So much can be learnt about the body and mind in this amazing class, and the health benefits go much beyond “stretching”.
