My studio is everything I coulda used as a Mama.

I’m always grateful and honored to provide my mama community with a space to focus on themselves. Without crowds. And some peace and quiet 💤

Whether it be my members who bring their littles with them while the do their own workout or stretching. Or my mamas (and babies) who tag along for small group training.

It’s not always about lifting.
Sometimes it’s about getting out of the house.
A change of scenery.
Moving the body a little.
Relaxing with some yoga bolsters and breathing.
Or connecting with a community, especially for those mamas with hubbys working away.

Mamas hold a special place in my heart.
And we must take care of them.

These sessions are what I am here for. This is my entire heart longing…my soul work, because the space I hold, the tools and practices I share…they changed my entire life. And they are now part of how I live.

S U N D A Y S 7 P M I N S T U D I O

This is year two of Somatic Soul Dive groups.
All you do is carve out two Sunday evenings twice a month for 90 mins, and show up with openness to meet yourself.

Get nervous about being around others for healing? That’s what you are taught to feel, so that you isolate yourself. So you navigate hard things yourself.

Trust, the universe puts you in a room with people meant to be on this journey with you. You probably won’t know anyone (I know it seems wild, but it’s almost always true)….and they will become a group of people you feel safe around. And we are all very much on own mats, doing our own damn thing, but the energy of the people and room will melt you in a way you never knew possible.

Easy, no! Worth it, absolutely. Life changing, yes.

Each session is different, based around the moon, and intuitively guided based on what energy and emotions are showing up in the room.

• Transformational Breathwork
• Kundalini Breath practices
• Gentle Movement
• Somatic Practices for Nervous System Support
• Flow, Kundalini, Yin or Restorative Yoga
• Guided meditations & Journeys
• Reiki & Energy work

These sessions changes people’s way of living, how they process their emotions, relationship with self, how they show up in their lives, how the carry their own energy, what they hold within, and their connection with body.

This is my first class set, starting Sunday next week.
I will be offering a few other set options during the week for winter season (online and in person), watch for those registrations this week.

…and this always fills✨

Amidst the stillness of winter, we open and lean into this beautiful studio favorite to care for ourselves...body, mind, heart and soul.

Lead in a supportive sensory space candle lit, filled with essence of palo santo or earthly incense vibes, and a beautiful personally create playlist to allow you to sink in.

This class incorporates meditation, breathing, somatic embodiment (body connection), Qigong techniques, gentle stretching, restorative poses to settle the body, nervous system, mind and soul. A practice that both open the body, muscles and joints, and allows the body to expand to allow more range of motion, fuller breath, while also settling with some stillness. 

If you are looking to make some changes in your relationship with the body and your overall wellness, commit to yourself for a one hour session for just 7 weeks, and lean into the changes that can happen.

So much can be learnt about the body and mind in this amazing class, and the health benefits go much beyond “stretching”. Reiki healing and card pulling offered to those wishing to receive.

In Studio Only.
Bolsters, mats and blocks provided, but feel free to bring your own.

Come in comfy clothes, and if you wish, bring a tea and blanket.

This collaboration has been a long time in the making, and we are excited to be collaborating for this community healing session.

A beautiful reset and way to make a beautiful shift into the new year.

Miranda will be guiding a restorative yoga practice and moving around the room offering energy work through Reiki, while Alan takes us on a Sound Journey using Crystal Sound Bowls.

If you are new to these sessions…experience the settling, still practice of restorative yoga paired with the healing benefits of a sound bath using sound bowls.

Restorative yoga is a practice where your body will be fully propped and supported with bolsters or pillows (provided but bring your own if you have) for various periods of time to allow full relaxation. You will be guided to breathe, surrender and simply rest. An incredible way to calm the mind, improve sleep, ease the nervous system, and reconnect with the body.

Sound baths pair beautifully with restorative, and are an easy, relaxing, little effort way to support yourself in raising your vibration! Sound therapy is created by use of sound bowls, and may support a variety of symptoms such as stress, physical pain, clarity and clearing the chakras.

Reiki healing is added for those open to receive, as Miranda intuitively go around the room and give reiki 1:1 while participants are in restorative poses. Reiki is a relaxing form of energy healing that moves Ki, life force energy, and promotes balanced, free flow throughout the body. It can be felt as warmth, waves or tingles in the physical body and creates relaxation, clarity, energy and peace throughout the mind, body and soul.

I always feel the hard in January, especially running a wellness studio. A balance of needing to fire up hard to support those doing the ‘new years thing’ and still honoring my time to reflect.

Do you feel that?

The January push that is far from natural and societal driven. The pace of world we are told to believe in leads to everything good.

If it feels good to run, follow that. Run hard and fast and feel energized. Do all the things with fire and love.

But if the feeling is heavy and full of resistance, fall heavy into it and sit with it. It’s not failure or laziness. It’s natural.

Winter longs to suggest pause and reflection. To feel what felt hard, and sit with what we dream for ourselves.

No action. Just retreat.

You aren’t alone. Even though I know this, and live this….it feels like I’m going to be late to the party. But timing is always divine.

It’s hard to live with the seasons in a world that screams ‘now is the time’ when the body and heart speak very different words.

Trust what your body tells you.

If ya didn’t know, I don’t post much over the holidays.
I believe it’s intended for a time of pause.
Retreat and nourishment.

And I don’t follow the ‘new year new you’ crap, cuz I honestly kinda L O V E the current you and don’t think you need to rewrite your entire life (or change your body) to make yourself something to celebrate.

It’s opposite of business culture but instead, I take this time to tuck myself away, release, reflect and get into alignment with everything I’m calling in.

Making sure I am honoring my own needs and envisioning everywhere I want to support my community moving forward. And I’m so incredibly grateful that my instudio AND online community is growing…and I get to support and hold space for that all.

The start of a new season…today we welcome Winter and the daaarrrrrrkkkkkkest day of the year.

It’s a beautiful day to release, and to celebrate the changing of seasons, create stillness and some time to be with gratitude, and call in whatever you want for the year ahead (especially supported by the New Moon energy still).

🚶Go for a winter walk
🌲Get to Nature
🕯️ Light a candle with intention
🍲 Have a nourishing feast
👭👬 Gather with good people
🖊️ Journal
🔥 Have a fire
And many other options, even create your own!

A full selection of all sizes in tanks, sweats, hoodies, sweaters and tees with brand new designs and colors! I am SOOO thrilled at how everything turned out, and to see these designs come to life 😮🎉

Taking orders until Friday Dec 5th, and then emptying the shelves and ordering whatever else we need…so don’t wait!
