April is almost fully booked, and May is now open for online scheduling.

Online booking remains the easiest and fastest way to check availability and manage appointments.

I will be closed April 3–6 for the Easter holiday to enjoy some much-needed time with family.

I will also be unavailable on the following dates due to out-of-town work commitments:

Manual Osteopathic Therapy provided by members of the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA) is now recognized by Canada Life health benefit plans across Canada.

What this means for my clients:
If you have Canada Life benefits, you may now be able to submit and receive reimbursement for Manual Osteopathic Therapy treatments.

This is a big step forward for the profession and for people looking for more options when it comes to hands-on care for pain, mobility, and overall function.
