Jaime has been teaching yoga since 2004 in Montreal, London, Hamilton, Toronto and now North Battleford. Introduced to yoga through Ashtanga (power flow style) an injury led her to pursue other methods and eventually led to her teacher Hart Lazer and the Iyengar method of yoga practice. With well over 500 hours of teacher training in yoga and yoga therapeutics and years of experience working with all levels of yoga students, whatever your experience or reasons for wanting to practice yoga, you can rest assured you are in good hands. In addition to group classes, the studio also offers 1:1 sessions in yoga and Pilates.
