As the end of the peak seasons wear on us both in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, we can feel a bit exhausted and depleted from extreme lengths of intense weather and internal stagnation and or restlessnes.

Just a bit of Monday Motivation that it is never too late. Even when it feels like you "aren't doing enough" or aren't making enough strides, the most simple pivots in life can have the most impact. Daily walks, meditation, nature, enough protein, quiet time and a good nights sleep are medicine. Take a deep breath, focus on the pillars of health: sleep, emotions, healthy diet and loving communication.

Eastern medicine is about discovering and balancing the root cause of any condition— whether it be emotional or physical. Harmonizing the root cause takes time, persistence, and consistency. If this condition took years to manifest, it takes time to alchemize. Don't give up, but be gentle with yourself but keep going!
