Dear Clients,
As many of you know, I live out of town, and during the winter months, weather can sometimes affect my ability to travel safely. Please be aware that, on occasion, my work days may be reduced or canceled due to unpredictable weather conditions.
I understand how important your appointments are, so I make every effort to notify you as early as possible if there are any changes. If a cancellation occurs, rest assured that I will work to rebook your appointment at a time that works for both you and your therapist— even if that means adjusting the schedule or working later in the day to accommodate all of my clients.
Because I take my cancellation policy seriously, I will be offering all rebooked appointments at a discounted rate as a thank you for your flexibility during these winter months.

Hi everyone! Just a quick note to let you know that direct billing is currently down. I’ll keep you updated as soon as it’s back up and running.

In the meantime, payments can still be made at your appointment, and you can submit your receipt to your insurance for reimbursement.
