Self worth makes the world go round- especially on the energetic level.
Why? because we’re all supposed to have it. Worthiness, SHOULD, come pre-programmed.
But so many of us have huge, massive heart spaces- and we do not have self worth to back it up.
This can put you at risk- you will not see things like manipulation, gaslighting dynamics, you will not see where people seek to use you or gain from you because they can see your worth but you cannot.

Truth bomb?
Way too many of us stay in relationships where we are not being fed- where we are used to feeding others with our energy, our sunshine, our spiritual gifts- and many of us do not let go of these dynamics because we feel guilt, or we have history, or we see the potential in the dynamic.
The thing is, these relationships have a souring affect. When you know, without a doubt, that everything is one sided, and there’s no desire from the other side to grow, change or look at their behaviour- this relationship can have a ripple affect, souring other areas of your life from the energy it is draining from you- even when not in contact.
