This is for all of my business owner baddies, or the people struggling with their finances.
SO so so much about what goes on in our finances is actually energetic in nature. I'm so excited to launch psychic mentorship in a brand new way.
In these sessions, I'm showing you every single tool I've used in my career as a psychic reader with 17 years of experience- everything from channeling, psychic readings, energy work, manifestation, as a medium, as an animal communicator...i'm providing the base skills in a very organized, easy to digest way to build you an incredibly strong foundation in your psychic skills.

but there are 8 themed sessions. Of course, we will expand beyond these lessons but these 8 lessons we do 1:1 are your base techniques, call it a psychic survival guide, because they've absolutely been mine.

Session 1: Psychic Boundaries. We program your auric field together. We create tool s and resources for daily use to help you get the most out of your skills and well-being.
Session 2: Energy Maintenance. What is actually needed, and why. How it all works. What the consequences are when this is not followed and how to curb it if you experience them.
Session 3: Connection to the higher self and spirit guides and skill exploration.
Session 4: Get to know your spirit guide and build a relationship to them
Session 5: Using Tools to Perform a Reading (In this session, I teach you how to perform a psychic reading for someone through doing one, and guiding you through my before/after.)
Session 6: How to solve spiritual issues for your growth (probably the most important lesson in this entire container- how to get unstuck.)
Session 7: Psychic Skill Building. This is where we begin to really build your abilities. The lessons before this served as your foundation skills and this is where we start to FLY. and have fun. and see what you can do

✨ Spiritual Health ✨�
When you’re working at making changes in your life, on opening your gifts, manifesting, sometimes what’s getting in your way… well, it’s almost NEVER outside of you. A lot of the time, the problem can be coming from your auric field.

🌌 Here are some other things that can contribute to this:
* Energy cords leaking your energy back to places you don’t want it to go, because they aren’t being cleared or closed
* Feeling like you are needing to force the universe instead of receiving because you might be in a high pressure situation where the stakes feel too high
* Being someone who is a channel or someone who senses the energy of objects, environments, collective energy, shifts in the earth’s field, and not clearing your energy in a deep enough way or not at all

💫 It’s important to remember you only have so much energy available to you, and spirit can’t bring in more if you’re already tapped. You may want to look at things that can counter these patterns, and bring you some breathing room! Here are some of my faves:

* Reiki and Energy Work (check out my new Energy Purging Session, designed to tackle these so you can get back to a grounded place)
* Personal and Psychic Boundaries to offset energy leakage
* Turning to your spirit guides for advice by simply asking out loud for the help you need, and waiting for it to be delivered (creating space with the above methods helps this land much faster, and more simply)

🌿 Remember that your energy is literally what gives you life. When you take care of your auric field, as energy processes through you and determines what you create, everything becomes SO much easier.
✨ Protect your energy, and tap into that super sacred receiving mode.

Sometimes we don’t have space to let our manifestations in. This isn’t because they are withheld or that they aren’t meant for us. It’s like trying to move furniture into a filled room. The issue is your energy container. Creating space In your life through habits, good structure, organization, it all helps you not overburden your energy to where you feel so overwhelmed and unsupported. When you take action to create support in your life for yourself, what you can receive, tripes.

Welcome to The Temple Within!
This podcast is dedicated to helping you create a deep space of energetic resonance with yourself through dismantling complex energy patterns that keep you stuck. In my most recent episode, we're looking at decision making, and how to come to a good point to make a decision from, as well as what changing your approach to decision making can open you up to on the spiritual level.
We also talk about Gene Keys, a system that speaks to the shadows and gifts in your energy body, and how to use this system to help you level up your decision making process.

Earlier this month I got to do my first 1:1 class as a Reiki master and it was such a beautiful experience!
Congratulations on your Reiki Level 2, Lise!
It was a beautiful class from start to finish.
The 1:1 gave time for such deep discussions, and there was synchronicities abound through the whole class.
Truly so meaningfulgful to me.
I so love teaching, not just for the act of teaching but for all of the incredible people I meet, the life enriching moments and discussions we share,there truly were so many over the weekend.
