Cayenne/Turmeric Balm

Cayenne's antispasmodic properties are useful in strained muscles, and it's capsaicin blocks substance P, a neurotransmitter that sends pain signals from the nerves to the central nervous system. It's helpful in relieving everything from neuropathy to menstrual cramps and arthritis.
