Heart-focused breathing is a simple technique to shift from overwhelm to calm in just minutes:
1ď¸. Close your eyes and place your hand over your heart.
2ď¸. Slowly breathe in for 5 seconds, imagining the breath flowing directly into your heart.
3ď¸. Exhale for 5 seconds, feeling your body soften with each breath.
4ď¸. Continue for 2â3 minutes, focusing on warmth and gratitude.
