We weren’t designed to sleep flat.
Animals don’t.
And our bodies—especially our brains—suffer because of it.

When you sleep flat, it’s harder for your brain’s detox fluid (called cerebrospinal fluid) to drain “downhill” to your gut, where it exits the body.

This means more:
→ Morning fog
→ Headaches
→ Toxin accumulation

Enter: Inclined bed therapy.
Raising the head of your bed by just 3.5 to 5 degrees helps waste flow out through your lymphatic system while you sleep.

Think of it like gravity-assisted drainage.
