My very first headshots. I’ve been reminded lately through conversations and my own realizations that I’m not great at looking back at how far I’ve come. 🏃‍♀️‍➡️

When people say “wow look at how much you have built!” My initial reactions and thoughts are: “I have built nothing on my own. It takes a team” and “it doesn’t feel like that much.”

I’m an obsessive builder, forward thinker, achiever and goal oriented person. What I forget to do often is respect the journey behind me, always minimizing it because it’s not where I’m going. It’s just not my focus.

I heard a saying recently that suggests we tend to admire the beauty of the mountains 🏔️ around us, but fail to admire the one we are standing on.

So what I’m trying to do is go back to the start, look at these photos, talk to this woman in them and tell her all she’s about to do.

She would believe it, but I would want to also tell her to recognize the effort and pride ahead of her. Cheers to the journey, it just never gets enough light ❤️

Hi!👋 I’m back. Well… I’ve always been here but there’s a lot of new family who have joined my page and I’ve moved my practice to Kanata/Stittsville so it’s time to re-introduce myself. (Our and locations are open and ready for you too!)

I’m here, and still here, because of you. I fell in love with the science of cosmetic medicine about 8 years ago. Every day I wake up excited to see my patients, exhilarated by the thought of taking someone’s hand and guiding them through finding themselves again. And another type of excitement comes from connecting with my patients who have been giving me their trust for years. Then I get excited all over again thinking about how my new patients will fit in the second category over time.

My background is no surprise. It’s in hard science. 🤓 My education is in biology, chemistry and registered nursing. Dual degrees that for me have been an explosive entanglement for the guiding principles at The Cosmetic Clinic.

The Cosmetic Clinic has grown SO much over the last 5 years. We have 3 strong locations and we are building a safe space for people who want more out of their quality of life. There’s so much more to come for me (and you) because I’ve not only spent the last 5 years building a huge business, but listening to you and what matters. Your health matters to you and it should! The truth is, it’s been largely overlooked and you’ve had some misguided representation. I’d like to fix that. How do we take that information and make big waves? Challenging how things have always been done? I’m figuring it out 😉

I’m currently working on my masters in nursing and a certification in female hormonal health. Along with a list too long for the characters allowed in a post. But I wanted to re-introduce myself to say. Hi! I’m here. You’re here. I see you. And you can get excited about what is to come. I’ve got you.

This is more than Botox and lasers. It’s a wholistic representation of all that is you. Your wants. Your pain. Your desires. Wanting more isn’t a dirty thing to say. It’s what the world needs to collectively do better.

Why do natural results matter? I’d like to say that natural and fresh results have been our standard since day 1. It’s part of our ethos that we feel our best when we look like the best version of ourselves, not someone else. Injectables are not supposed to be detectable (anymore). Plain and simple.

No cookie cutter approach exists at The Cosmetic Clinic. There is a way to have unique and customizable results after carefully listening to and educating our patients. Only then can we provide the treatment plan that will consider all patient needs.
