Recommended Read!
I was going to save this title for November when burnout for us and other care workers feel the end of year crush, but I feel like it has value now. And maybe will help prevent or lessen the flare up this year.

This book is super insightful and has tips and explanations you can use right away! You guys know I love a good personal development audiobook, especially with the authors narrate it. This book has both sisters sharing the chapters and stories.

I absolutely loved by
The author narrated it which I am always a fan of. She is adorable and funny and shares her personality throughout the audiobook. This book is compiled from results of “The Rest Test” and presented the top 10 ideas. She does a phenomenal job of explaining the difference of rest vs sleep and many ideas how to incorporate rest in your day. I’ve implemented many and I have found some very favourites.
