PARTS OF THE SELF - Hatha Yoga with Ali Steer
This is a six week series.
***Not too late to join the series***
Explore and connect with yourself through this series of moderate hatha yoga classes, focussing on the Koshas which, in traditional eastern yogic philosophy, are considered the energetic layers of the Self. Dive deeper or even begin your yoga practice through Vinyasa flow sequences, core strengthening, and breath work to create space in the mind and body while enhancing awareness of your inner world.
All levels are welcome.
New yogis are encouraged.
Expect warming movement with many modifications offered for everybody.

Special rates for this series:
Register for the full series -$100 ($16 per class)
Pre-book individual $18 per class
Drop in rate $20 per class
Student rates : full series- $60, drop-in rate $12 per class

We have quite the lineup for you this week, we are back in full swing.
NOTE: we have two brand new offerings starting this week. Both are special class series. Please note that these series have special pricing associated with them. There is benefit to registering for the full series, but drop-in are also available.

Chair Fusion Fit:
4 week chair based class series to help with mobility, strength and balance.
Great option for those considering falls prevention, also good if you have been sedentary, or you are recovering from an injury or surgery.
Pricing is based on either a drop in basis, a half series or full series basis.
Series commences September 24th.
Class runs from 12:30-1:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

This week’s schedule:
We have a couple of teachers away this weekend that will be back next week!
Notice our new Sunday evening biweekly class with Rhiannah.
We also have an Acu-yoga special event this Sunday. Morning session is sold out but there is still space in the afternoon event.

Also if you haven’t heard yet, we have re-branded to Northern Flow Studio so to stay up to date make sure to follow our new pages as we will stop using this page in the coming weeks.
