Have you ever tried to drink water while your muscles are involuntarily contracting? Us either…and hopefully never again. We were challenged by and are passing the challenge along to !

⚡️TENS MACHINE 101
A TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Stimulation) unit uses low-voltage electrical currents to help reduce pain and stimulate nerves. It works by sending signals through the skin that can block pain messages and encourage muscle relaxation.

⚡️Common uses include:
-Muscle soreness
-Injury Recovery
-Chronic Pain Management

Always follow guidelines and consult your RHP’s if you’re unsure of usage or if a TENS is appropriate for you!
