Kelsey first became interested in natural wellness to help manage the stress and anxiety in her roles as University student, environmental activist and someone looking for answers. The self-reflective and empowering qualities of yoga were exactly what she needed to reconnect with her heart and launch her into new healthy lifestyle habits. Through yoga, she was introduced to other complementary therapies - such as meditation and massage which continue to provide her with new avenues for self-exploration and healing.
Today, she continues to practice yoga and receives massage regularly. She makes time to be creative, to breathe and be, to move in new ways, and to connect with the world around her and the inhabitants of it. These practices help her to live from a place of truth, purpose and balance. Through Breathe In Wellness (previously Wild Roots Wellness) and local partnerships, she humbly serves individuals and community through the powerful practices of mindful movement and massage, meditation, and relaxation.
1% of all sales (yup... ALL of it... massage, yoga, workshops, and products sold) is donated to a local charity doing good things for people and planet at the end of the year.
