Kelsey has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since January 2018, and teaching yoga since September 2013. Her massage sessions are built on breath, mindfulness, and a strong understanding of the body. Her techniques range from deep tissue & sports, injury/surgery rehab; to stress reduction & relaxation as required by the client.
